Walnut is a premium dark hardwood look - deep chocolate brown with flowing grain. On woodgrain aluminium facade systems, that grain is sublimated into a baked architectural powder coat over marine-grade aluminium, so you get the look of Walnut timber with none of the oiling, warping, splitting or rot.
As a facade system, this finish becomes a whole-building skin - board cladding, batten blades and soffits coordinated in one grain - so the timber look reads at scale while the non-combustible substrate keeps the external wall on the right side of the NCC.
Luxurious and dark. Walnut adds depth and a high-end feel to entries, feature walls and commercial fitouts. As aluminium facade systems, it carries that character while staying non-combustible, UV-stable and dimensionally stable - the practical way to keep a Walnut look on a project that has to last.
Where Walnut works best as facades
The Walnut finish suits premium entries, feature walls and fitouts. As facades specifically, it is well placed on:
- Multi-residential and apartment facades
- Commercial and retail buildings
- Architectural homes and renovations
- Mixed-use developments
- Hospitality and tourism projects
- Public and institutional buildings
